Alafia River Rendezvous School Days Registration

School Day is a popular growing event and to help accommodate the number of visitors on this day we ask that you pick a preferred arrival time.

This staggering pattern helps with the process, so everyone doesn’t show up all at once. In the past we have always had tour guides (Docents), but with the growing numbers attending the event and not wanting to limit the number of visitors, they cannot be guaranteed.

We try our very best to accommodate. Last year we would have needed 75 Docents to accommodate the groups of 30 who wanted docents, but it wasn’t possible. Therefore, docents are on a first come first serve basis the day of the event.

Fees are non-refundable, as this is a rain or shine event. If you overpay due to one or

more of your adults not being able to attend, please consider your overpayment to be a

donation to our annual scholarship fund. Fees are only good the day of School Tours, not

on public visitor days.


Docents are on a first come first serve basis the day of the event.


You are responsible for your children, and it is important that

you keep them with you.


Do not enter any tens unless you are invited to do so


No littering please. No pets are permitted except for registered service animals.
