1) A waiver of liability must be signed prior to event entry.

2 ) All children under 18 must be with a parent or guardian at the event at all times. If you want to bring a grandchild, niece/nephew or a guest for your child, you will need to have a permission form filled out by that child’s parent or guardian and turned in with your registration.

3) If you are unable to attend the event and prefer to have a refund in lieu of your registration being a donation to the Florida Frontiersmen, Inc. a 501©3 non profit, a refund will be provided upon a written request, email acceptable, post marked no later than 2 weeks from the last day of the Rendezvous.
